This Digital Converting Finishing System achieves outstanding converting and finishing speeds of up to 160m/min, and semi-rotary die-cut at DieNamic speeds of up to 110m/min.

Highly efficient and versatile whilst working at outstanding speeds.

The versatile flexographic print station that can be used as both a spot register station or a simple flood coating station, and is available in both full or semi-rotary versions.

The semi-rotary die station achieves outstanding speeds, whilst the rapid-slit slitting station can automatically scan the label gap and set the slitting blades in seconds and can run in manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes.

Options for this versatile machine include additional print stations, a flat bed screen unit, laminating, corona treatment & cold foiling among others.
